Do you ship outside of Canada?
Nope! At this time we only ship within Canada. We do not accept U.S. or international orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, plus your location within Canada.
Stickers ship free via Lettermail stamped postage.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! If you’d like to avoid shipping costs, you can choose “Local Pickup” at checkout.
- Pickup is available at Club Sabrina’s vendor booth during select local markets.
- You’ll receive an email with details about when/where your order will be ready.
How do I know my order has shipped?
Once your order is on the way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number if applicable).
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. During busy times (like before a market or holiday season), it may take a little longer.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order is shipped, delivery times are in the hands of Canada Post. We’re not responsible for delays, stolen packages, or lost mail, but we’ll do what we can to help track it down. If you’d like extra peace of mind, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping option at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Why is your return policy strict?
We’re a small, DIY business — we simply can’t operate like big-box stores. Every purchase supports independent art, so thank you for understanding and supporting handmade creations!=

Where are your products made?
All items are handmade, small-batch, or DIY-assembled in Canada by Club Sabrina. We focus on keeping things local and authentic — nothing mass-produced here.
Do you manufacture your own products?
Most of our items are designed and created in-house (like stickers, buttons, resin charms, sewn goods, and more). For specialty products like acrylic keychains or enamel pins, we work with manufacturers like Vograce who bring our original designs to life.
Can I commission custom art?
Please email or DM me on instagram @theclubsabrina and we can definitely chat.
Do you do wholesale or collaborations?
We’re open to wholesale inquiries and collabs with aligned alt/DIY brands. Reach out at theclubsabrina@gmail.com to chat.
Can I use your artwork for my own projects?
No. All art, logos, and designs are copyrighted to Club Sabrina. They cannot be copied, resold, or used without permission.
